Pricing information is displayed on the product page when publicly available. For products requiring customized pricing, you may be asked to submit a request via contact us to receive a tailored offer.
Once the purchase and any required approvals are completed, you will receive the relevant activation or access instructions for the selected product.
Eligible organizations that meet the HUMAIN AI Marketplace onboarding, verification, and compliance requirements can apply to become approved sellers.
Create an organization account and upgrade your account to be a seller you will go through the onboarding process. You will be asked to provide the required organization and business information for verification.
You may be asked to provide company registration information, organization details, authorized representative information, and other documents required for verification and compliance.
Once your seller's account is approved, you can submit a new product through the HUMAIN AI Marketplace and provide the required product, commercial, technical, and supporting information.
Yes. Submitted products are subject to the HUMAIN AI Marketplace review and approval process before they can be published.
Yes. Sellers can manage their listings and submit updates. Certain changes may require additional review before they become publicly available.
Yes. A 5% Marketplace fee applies to transactions completed through the Marketplace. The fee is calculated as a percentage of the applicable transaction proceeds and retained by the Marketplace in accordance with the terms set out in the Seller Agreement.
The applicable Marketplace fee may be updated from time to time in accordance with the Seller Agreement and applicable terms and conditions.
Seller payouts are processed according to the applicable commercial agreement, payment cycle, and Marketplace payout process.
Yes. Organizations can have multiple users, subject to the applicable roles and permissions available within the Marketplace.
You can request joining the existing organization rather than creating a duplicate organization.
